$100 deposit is required to reserve condo.
Total amount due 10 days prior to arrival.
Check In is from 4:00 p.m. - check with us if an early check in is desired.
Check Out is before 11:00 a.m. - check with us if a late check out is desired.
- Weekends require a 2 night stay.
A $50 cleaning fee is added to 1 night stays.
There is an additional Corpus Christi Hotel tax of 15%.
A maximum of 5 occupants.
Smoking is permitted on balcony only!

Cancellations require 7 days notice.
Changes to reservations may result in increased rates.
No-shows will be charged a one night stay.
An additional charge of $20 will be assessed if the dishes are not cleaned and/or the condo is left unkempt.
No refunds for early departures.
Damaged or missing items, including linens, will be charged to guest's account, based on replacement cost.
A 10% surcharge is applicable for holiday weekends.
